The requirements are set by the Health Services Department in your state. Take note of the following:

• No more than two (2) moving violations in a two (2) year time frame.
  
• No more than one (1) accident in a two (2) year time frame.
  
• No more than one (1) moving violation and one (1) accident in a two (2) year time frame.
  
• No felonies
  
• No DUI, DWI, OWI or OUI.
  
• 8-year vehicle or newer in good condition that can pass a state inspection
  
• Android smartphone that can run our dispatching software
  
• There will also be a set of credentials that vary per state passed through from the Health Services Department. Most of these include First Aid/CPR, various quizzes, drug test, and defensive driving course. You will also be required to provide an Employer Identification Number (EIN), also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number. We will send you a link to obtain one; it is free and takes just a few minutes.

None of the information you provide will be sold to any other individual or company. This information is only obtained for the application and credentialing process of Richwood Transport LLC.

Please provide personal information about your vehicle by sending the details to our email. You are also required to send a picture of your registration and the front and back of your driver’s license.

Our recruitment department will review your application and, if you meet our requirements and we are looking for drivers in your area, we will contact you by email to set up a Skype interview.

Once we have a time frame that works for you and our recruiting department, we have an interview by Skype.

If you are selected to continue the process after your interview, we will send you an email with the credentials needed and how to best complete them (links or other resources to make this process as easy and possible for you).

Once you have been approved, we will set up a time for a driving demo along with our lead driver in your area, get your needed safety supplies to be kept in your vehicle, and set up a time for your vehicle inspection.

*Most states allow this to be done via Skype, but we will send you an email on how to do this and pass the first time either by Skype or in person if your state requires that.
